Muzica este muza, esta cea care ne da putere sa continuam antrenamentele si cea care ne ghideaza pasii si ne ajuta sa mentinem ritmul. O muzica buna poate face dintr-un simplu antrenament un adevarat maraton de exercitii. Azi, am facut un playlist cu muzica pentru clasele de aerobic. Sunt melodii care imi plac, iar daca aveti ceva de adaugat o puteti face prin intermediul comentariilor.
